The Huygens probe landed on Saturn’s largest moon, Titan, the only satellite in our Solar System to have a dense atmosphere. This atmosphere is mainly composed of nitrogen, and lakes of liquid hydrocarbon were discovered in the polar regions. Titan’s climate includes wind, clouds, hydrocarbon rain, and an average temperature around -180 C.

Mercury, the smallest planet, rises this week around 4.20 a.m. and appears slightly below Venus. It fades from view by 5.20 a.m.
Venus rises around 3.35 a.m., and is a very conspicuous feature of the morning sky, until it fades from view at dawn, around 5.40 a.m..
Mars cannot be seen, as Earth is now on the opposite side of the Sun.
Jupiter, the largest planet in our Solar System, will become visible in the north as the sky darkens, sets 1.00 a.m.
Saturn becomes visible, low in the west around 9.25 p.m. It sets around 10.30 p.m.
Tonight, The Moon will be in New Phase and not be visible. It will begin waxing towards full phase this week.
